60ton crane installed in the ENG1 service shop is enable to do maintenance of heavy weight machine.

ENG1 warrants maintenance quality against customer electrical machinery after comparing electrical/mechanical test results after maintenance.
ENG1 carrying various tests in accordance with IEEE recommendation and diagnosis remained life cycle of electrical machinery insulation material to keep optimal management and maintenance method.

Field Service for Stators
ENG1 has a major goal of prompt field restoration of customer failed facilities and support stator rewinding, stator core stacking and hydro powered generator maintenance technology.
ENG1 engineer and technicians are providing optimal solution to maximize generator efficient and output power.
- Stator rewinding, Prepare stator core:: Cleaning, Insulation recovery of core plate, EL-CID and LOOP test, treat Insulation varnishing, Re-stacking core, replace core partially design modification of end core(step iron)
- Install structure: Improved generator stator end winding, Support plate/ Parallel Ring
- Install parts: stator bar, RTD, wedge, Blocking Replacement end winding supporting structure
- Test/ Verification:: Each bar test, HVT for each layer, AC HVT for all bars
- Others: Brazing Series/Parallel Ring, Fittings etc

Overhaul is a major work to keep power generation facilities in good condition.
From the small machine to large generator, ENG1 providing perfect overhaul to clear problems with cleaning , inspection and test.
ENG1 makes a supporting team with many years of experienced engineers to provide final report after evaluation of project design including budget, planned procedure and make customer to perform perfect overhaul.
ENG1 also suggest solving technique after prompt discussion for the customer’s emergency issues.
Rotor Maintenance and Repair
ENG1 performs design modification for the various manufacturer generator rotor design structure.
Through this design modification, ENG1 suggests optimal problem solving method to increase machine reliability and customer’s interest.
ENG1’s engineer and vibration expert from the associated company can finish the field weight balancing through the bilateral cooperation to correct generator rotor shorted turn vibration issue named thermal.
